HomeCurve provides home valuation services that connect homeowners with vetted local real estate professionals. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect when you use HomeCurve, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
— 01Overview
When you request a valuation through HomeCurve, you provide us with information about your home and how to contact you. We use that information to prepare a comparative market analysis and to connect you with a single local real estate professional who can deliver your report and answer your questions.
We respect your privacy. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. The only third party we share your information with is the one local real estate professional assigned to your area, and only for the specific purpose of preparing and delivering your valuation report.
You give us your address and contact info to get a free home valuation. We share your info with one vetted local real estate agent in your area so they can prepare your report. We don't sell your data, and we don't share your phone number or SMS consent with anyone else for marketing.
— 02What we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out our valuation request form, we collect:
- Property information: address, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate square footage, year built, condition, and recent updates
- Contact information: your first and last name, email address, and phone number (phone is optional)
- Intent information: whether you're considering a move, your timeline, and whether you'd also be looking to buy
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect basic technical information including your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you visit, and the date and time of your visit. This information helps us understand how the site is used and detect abuse.
Information from public records
To prepare your valuation, we (or your assigned local real estate professional) may consult public property records, recent sales data, and other publicly available information about your property and neighborhood.
— 03How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Prepare your comparative market analysis report
- Match you with a vetted local real estate professional in your zip code
- Send you your valuation report and related communications about your request
- Respond to your questions or support requests
- Improve our service, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations
— 04How we share your information
Local real estate professionals
The core of our service is connecting you with a vetted local real estate professional who prepares your valuation. When you submit a request, we share your contact information, property details, and intent information with the single licensed real estate professional assigned to your area. That professional may then contact you using the contact methods you've provided to deliver your report and answer questions.
The local professional is independent — they are not employed by HomeCurve, and once you connect with them, your relationship with them is governed by their own practices and any agreements you may enter into with them directly.
Service providers
We work with a small number of trusted service providers who help us operate the website (web hosting, email delivery, analytics). These providers process your information only on our behalf, only for the purposes we direct, and are contractually bound to keep it confidential.
Legal requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of HomeCurve, our users, or others.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever, for any purpose.
- We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your SMS consent applies only to HomeCurve and the specific real estate professional matched to your area.
- We do not share your information with multiple agents, lead aggregators, or marketing networks. You are connected with one professional, not auctioned to many.
— 05Phone & SMS policy
Phone number is optional on our valuation form. If you choose to provide one and check the consent box, you agree that:
- HomeCurve and the local real estate professional assigned to your area may contact you by phone or SMS regarding your valuation request
- Message and data rates may apply
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction
- You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message — you'll receive a single confirmation message and no further texts
- You can request help by replying HELP to any message
Providing your phone number and SMS consent is not a condition of receiving your valuation. You can request a valuation by email only.
Your phone number and SMS consent are not shared with any third party for marketing purposes — not affiliates, not partners, not lead networks. They are used only by HomeCurve and the single real estate professional assigned to your area.
— 06Cookies & tracking
HomeCurve uses minimal first-party cookies and browser storage to remember your progress through the valuation form (so you don't lose your place if you refresh the page) and to maintain admin sessions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell tracking data to advertisers.
We may use basic analytics services to understand aggregate site usage patterns. These services do not personally identify you and are configured to respect "Do Not Track" signals where supported.
— 07Data retention
We keep your information for as long as it's reasonably necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations:
- Active leads: retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission
- Closed or completed leads: retained for 7 years for legal, tax, and audit purposes
- Web logs: retained for up to 90 days
You can request deletion of your information at any time — see "Your rights" below.
— 08Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
- Delete your information (subject to limited legal exceptions)
- Opt out of marketing communications, including SMS and email
- Withdraw consent for any future processing based on consent
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@homecurve.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information against unauthorized access.
— 12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email. Continued use of HomeCurve after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
